Shipping
Each item in the shop gives you the option of upgrading to tracked shipping at checkout for a few extra dollars. Untracked means you will not be able to see where it is when it is in transit, it could get lost or even stolen from your doorstep. If you would like to ensure it gets to you safely, we highly recommend tracked shipping
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items sent by standard mail If you would like a tracked package, it is available as an upgrade. We are not responsible for customs fees.
Pick up available we are located just outside Cambridge Ontario.
Just select 'LOCALPICKUP' at checkout and you will receive an email once your order is ready.
Then you may contact us to arrange pickup at our storefront.

Online Returns
If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product(s) you wish to return.
You may return items provided they are unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them, within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the item (shipping is non-refundable). We will happily pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of an error on our part (you receive an incorrect or defective product). Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your order back to us, however, in many cases it will be quicker than that. This estimation includes transit time for the package to reach us, the time it takes for us to process the return and the time it takes for your bank to process your refund.
